Before contacting your bank, please check:
- Your card supports 3D Secure (a security step where you confirm the payment by entering a SMS code or approving it via your bank’s app).
- Your browser allows pop-ups (needed for the 3D Secure page).
- You have sufficient balance or available credit.
- Your card is enabled for online payments.
- The correct password or PIN was entered.
Please call your bank and confirm that this transaction is authorized by you. Your bank may need to remove a temporary security block.
Trying again before confirmation may temporarily block international transactions.
After your bank confirms, you may safely retry the payment.
